Attention: 8th Grade Parents We’ve received your notes and phone calls about extra graduation tickets and we just DO NOT have the space.
All families receive 4 tickets!
On Monday, June 15th (and not before) we will know if there are extra tickets.
We are graduating our LARGEST CLASS, and that is a good thing.

Parent Hours: Are still available for the 8th grade dinner dance on June 5. Help is needed for the entire event including set-up and clean-up. Please sign-up at the office. We also need painters to assist in painting our Lunch Arbor, if interested please call and speak to Mr. Tony Hong.

Family Picnic Friday, June 19, 2009—Mark the date! Come and bring the ENTIRE FAMILY! The CCCS Family Picnic is a celebration of all grades 6th, 7th, and 8th.

In the following weeks we will need your help and participation to make our annual picnic a success. We are going to be asking for volunteers to help in various ways. We will also ask for donations and all of this will be credited to your parent volunteer hours.

We thank you in advance! And we look forward to making this year’s family picnic a memorable one for the entire Century Community Charter School family.

List of items to be donated and performed:

• Hot dogs
• Hamburger Patties
• Sodas
• Water
• Bowls of fruit
• Plates, Cups, and napkins
• Sheets of cake
• Parent transportation
• Parent food preparer (BBQ Chef)
• Parent servers
